Description
This roast is best for slow-cooking. The rump is home to the lean and inexpensive cuts. The muscles in this area are used for movement, so the beef is leaner and less tender.
That being said - you can't mess this roast up in the crockpot! (Believe me, I am not a great cook and these roasts are fall apart and juicy by the end of the day. I set my crockpot on low with some simple ingredients and when I come home in the evening, its ready to be served!)
